Nurses Ministry

Queen Mary Nursing Ministries carries a Christ-centered, inter-faith mission to serve communities by supporting the spiritual well-being and purpose of nurses, both current and aspiring, through fellowship and outreach. Nursing professionals gather as a community with the motto: To know Jesus, to experience Jesus, and to give Jesus through their service. Rooted in charismatic spirituality, this Catholic nurses’ movement inspires nurses and other medical professionals to live a life centered on the Lord Jesus Christ—nourished by prayer, the Word of God, the sacraments, and fellowship—while boldly sharing the Good News. The ministry strives to remind co-workers of their special call to evangelization through the healing ministry of Christ. At the heart of all its activities, discussions, and fellowship lies one purpose: that every nurse and their family may come to know Jesus and attain eternal salvation, daring always to be the pulse of God’s love.

Pro-life Ministry & The Church’s Teaching

The Queen Mary Pro-Life Ministry is dedicated to promoting and spreading the Gospel of Life through prayer, evangelization, and direct action. Its mission is to defend the sanctity of human life from conception until natural death, cultivating respect for the dignity of every person in accordance with the teachings of the Catholic Church. From the earliest centuries, the Catholic Church has consistently spoken against abortion, affirming that human life must be respected and protected from the first moment of existence. Though distinctions were made historically about stages of fetal development, the Church has never wavered in its moral opposition. Saints, theologians, and early Christian writers all condemned abortion, while later Church councils and papal decrees—from Pope Sixtus V to Pope Pius IX and beyond—emphasized its gravity and attached penalties such as excommunication. Key documents like Evangelium Vitae (The Gospel of Life) and Donum Vitae reaffirm the Church’s teaching that life is sacred, that abortion is a grave sin, and that the faithful have a duty to defend the most vulnerable.

A Ministry of Hope, Forgiveness & Healing

While the Church firmly condemns abortion as a mortal sin, it equally emphasizes God’s mercy and forgiveness for those who have experienced it. Pope John Paul II and later Church documents encourage women and men who have been affected by abortion to turn to Christ in repentance and reconciliation, where true healing can be found. Queen Mary Post-Abortion Ministry provides retreats and spiritual counseling to help the wounded grieve, accept forgiveness, and experience renewal. Many women carry the silent burden of abortion for years, often with deep emotional and spiritual pain, but through confession, prayer, and pastoral care, they can rediscover peace and become powerful witnesses for life. This ministry seeks not only to heal hearts but also to transform pain into testimony, encouraging the faithful to become defenders of life and promoters of a culture that upholds love, dignity, and hope.

Healing Ministry

From Genesis to Revelation, Scripture reveals God’s promise of healing, declaring that in the beginning there was no sickness until sin entered through man’s disobedience. Through Jesus Christ, who died for our sins and rose again, we not only receive forgiveness but also deliverance from sickness, sorrow, and pain. The Bible affirms that Christ lives in us and that His stripes bring healing, for He came to preach good news, set captives free, and restore the broken. Healing was central to Jesus’ ministry because it flowed from His compassion, symbolized His victory over Satan, and demonstrated God’s power and love through miracles—blind eyes opened, the lame walked, the sick were made whole, and even the dead were raised. These works were signs of His authority as the Son of God and continue to testify that He is the same yesterday, today, and forever. God’s will is not only to heal but to keep us in divine health, as He declared, “I am the Lord who heals you.” By faith and prayer, we receive His promises, resist fear, and walk in victory, knowing our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit. Healing requires surrender, trust, and persistence, but it is also sustained through gratitude, fellowship with God, and standing on His Word. Ultimately, Jesus Himself is our healing and health, offering restoration, strength, and peace to all who come to Him in faith. Today, miracles still happen, and God calls us to believe, pray, and receive His healing touch, remembering always that the greatest miracle is salvation through Christ, who gives eternal life and fullness of joy.

With dedicated and spiritually trained counselors who provide personal guidance, prayer, and compassionate support, countless lives have found healing and new beginnings through this ministry.
